Kiwican recount

On Tuesday, 25th of july room 8 went to Kiwican in the hall. We had a new topic for the term, it is called resilience. Then Miss Lily and Mr M told us to come in and sit down on the mat.

First we said our chant and listened to Miss Lily and Mr M. Then we played a fun silent game where we had to be silent bands and act out different feelings and emotions. In my group we had to act out angry. I played the guitar with an angry expression. I found this game so easy and fun but a little bit nervously game because you have to you have to play your band in front of your class.

Afterwards we talked about the things that can make us feel happy and sad. Then we played a game called statues and we have to buddy up with someone and one of you has to be the creator and the other person will be the statue then, the creator will move our body and Mr M said the expression that our creator will do to us and we had to show emotions on our faces.

Then we finished and came back up silently to our class. I felt happy because it is a fun game that we played at Kiwican and I had a terrific day at Kiwican, and I also learnt what resilience means.
