Pancake
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Total: 15 mins | Servings: 4
Materials/ingredients
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of white sugar
- 2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Bowls
- Whisk
- Spatula
- Pan
- 1 cup of milk
Method
Step 1.
In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking soda and
salt together. Next pour the milk and the beaten
egg into the mixture. Mix until smooth.
Step 2.
Heat a oiled pan over medium high heat . Scoop a
little amount of pancake batter on the pan. ¼ cup for
each pancake. If the top of the pancake is filled with
holes, carefully flip the pancake to the other side. It
should look golden brown.
Step 3.
Grab a plate, put the golden pancakes on the plate
and you can top it with fruits and golden syrup.
The pancake doesn’t need to be golden brown it
can at least be brown. If you want more servings
just double the ingredients. Enjoy your pancakes
